Materials

Generally pvc coated fabrics are used manufactured with high frequency welding (HFW) to create air-supported, tent and tensile structures.
The technical fabrics in pvc are created using a liquid compound composed of plasticizers and polymers called "plastisol" which is then spread and sinterised on a textile support.
The addition of flame retardants and agents against mould, UV rays, anti-static compounds, etc. to the formula for this product, originally considered inferior to elastomers, have given it an edge in a wide range of technical sectors present on the market thanks to innovative developments and constant technological processes.
Therefore technical construction needs and economic satisfaction have found their perfect combination in pvc textiles offering flexibility to the product and its multiple applications at the same time.
