The company was founded in 1956 and already by 1961 had started the design and manufacture of air domes for sports facilities.
During the following decade the natural evolution of light construction gave rise to the design and production of tensile structures.
The development of Fabric Architecture led to a natural evolution in the construction of inflatable structures and light shelters for military and civilian use as well as the manufacture of high definition technical products for special uses, as better described on this site.
PM Engineering, with the experience accrued over more than 50 years of activity, has established itself in the market with high quality products, the result of in-depth research both into the technology of H.F. welding on thermoplastics and into membranes made of plasticised fabrics. All the production phases are carried out in-house, by the use of modern automated production machinery operated by highly skilled personnel. Each individual item is constantly subjected to careful checks on both the raw materials and on the production cycle, thus ensuring that the required quality standards are met.
